First and foremost, this is just another flimsy attempt by Edriven Concepts to slander our company. We are proud to be thriving as a business with a strong team and we continue to grow daily. We had to weed out former employees who were unethical and incompetant. Just by reading the
response this individual wrote, it is very clear he is drawing a picture of what he is all about (childish, immature, pure conjecture). We will be posting proof of recorded phone calls that will UNDOUBTEDLY reveal the truth about Edriven Concepts' unscrupulous methods to get sales. We are not the only company experiencing this attack and trickery. Go to the following blog from a company named Prospect Genius who is another SEO firm that Edriven Concepts is unethically attacking (their client base):
http://blog.prospectgenius.com/2011/08/warning-about-fraudulent-edriven-concepts-calls.html
Read the entire post carefully and read their response. Listen to the
sound bites. We have dozens of similar calls that are even more revealing.
Whoever is reading this will not need to take our word about how dishonest and
immoral Edriven Concepts is behaving. Listen and read for yourself. There will be more to come of our phone call examples. It is clear that Edriven Concepts is the REAL Company that is desperate, and must be failing since they are resorting to misleading and tricking unknowing
customers just to get a sale. Sad.

I have been researching EDriven Concepts online and came across this complaint. I thought I'd share my research since it might prove helpful to other readers.
What was stated in the original report appears to be true according to a post I read about EDriven Concepts and the tactics they used with one company's customers. There is nothing nefarious about calling another company's clients. However, posing as a representative of another company is fraud.
This blog post contains audio clips of calls that sound just like what this complaint describes. Just listen to these phone conversations between EDriven Concepts and customers to see what I mean: http://goo.gl/7pDGf. You can also read a few complaints from unhappy customers here: http://goo.gl/LTHX2. It actually sounds like the above report is spot-on.

I am an employee for this company and an ex-employee for the company I am certain wrote this report. That company is upset that we have called some of their clients. The way they operate is to make bad decision after bad decision and then look for someone else to hang the blame on. Their company is failing and they need someone to blame it on, why not edriven concepts. They harbor resentment that I came to work here. This entire report is spiced up to sound like our company misleads clients when in actuality this is not true at all. I will choose to be the individual with dignity and name no names however. for more information feel free to reply to [email protected]
