His family owns a lot of properties in the Bradenton/Palmetto area. If you're currently looking for rentals, DO NOT RENT from anyone with the last name of 'Eurice' . Do not rent from EEE properties in Sarasota, Florida nor by any landlord's who's name ends as ' Eurice'. This "rental" company is nothing but a scam. One landlord (Bill Eurice) is the definition of a 'Slumlord'. This housing rental company only has one goal at mind; which is money. They have absolutely no respect for their tenants and they rip off future tenants. (For example, they will charge one family $100 for an application fee then charge another family $200 for the same application.) Do not rent from this company or by any landlord by the name of Eurice. The 'Eurice' family has many properties in Bradenton Florida and Palmetto Florida (possibly in other counties in Sarasota Florida). They just see their tenants as a profit and not as actual human beings. The EEE properties office is located in Oakridge apts in Palmetto Florida.
