Efficent 3PL Michael Davis - HR and Training Director Promised salary didn't materialize. Michael Davis and Efficient 3PL should be prosecuted for criminal/fraudulent acts! nationwide
I got a job as Asst Logistics Manager Trainee with Efficient 3PL. I received merchandise from varied vendors, via UPS or Fed EX. I inspected the contents ,completed and forwarded reports via internet to Mr. Davis. I received shipping labels, repacked packages and shipped them to various locations. During this "training period" I handled thousands of dollars worth of merchandice.
After the "training period", I was to receive my salary. I had only email addresses, no mailing address to send correspondence. Davis had previously sent an apology from a yahoo account which was an "inevitable measure to stop scam from coming to our HR email everytime we post a message on Craigslist. When we establish serious...then communication will come from corporate email address".
Though I followed all directions, I received no response from Davis of Efficient 3PL. My emails were ignored. Finally after faxes etc, I received an email from Davis saying that he had been on vacation, "unfortunately, not a paid one". Why was that statement inportant to me? I replied that I was awaiting my salary! I am still waiting....
I read the Ripoff Report written last weekend about Davis and Efficient 3PL. It seems that the writer was in the same situation as I.
After all this time and effort, too late, I realize that I got caught up in an enormous scheme. Because of this economic climate, people need jobs and want to work. What I thought was a job was a disgraceful act of FRAUD. Michael Davis/Efficient 3PL should be prosecuted.
How can we make that happen?

Hi I also got "employed" by michael(williams/davis) last name I am unsure of. If possible could you respond to me in an email. [email protected] I wanted to know what happened after you stopped replying. I have lots of stuff that I still have not been sent labels for. And if this is a scam I will gladly keep them and use them as my paycheck. Thank you .
