Eforcity ripoff zero customer service no reply to emails no one answers the phone Arcadia California
I ordered 2 items from eforcity. The first item was defective and the second item did not fit the item it was designed for. I tried to email customer service per site links but neveer recieved a reply. Tried to call customer service but they simply refer you to leave a message and no one calls back. They are a high volume, low price and low quality house. If the items were at least functional I would not complain but they provide you no response or contact that allows you to get through to someone. I did get 2 emails from the site trying to sell me more garbage. Take your chances with these guys. They have a high volume site on ebay, and although they have a 98 percent positive rating, they also have a few hundred negatives that match my experience. For a few dollars saved i wasted my money. Buyer Beware.
