eGlobal Wireless scammed my elderly mother with their "$99" netbook for the grand-children.  Order was placed on December 3rd, 2010.  
Attempted contact on December 7th, 2010 - No answer "All lines are busy" - Tried On-Line Chat, closed after 2-hours of "All operators are currently assisting others."

Attempted contact on December 9th, 2010 - No Answer "All Lines are busy" - Tried On-Line Chat, closed after 3-hours of "All operators are currently assisting others."

Attempted contact on December 14th, 2010 - No Answer "All Lines are busy" - Tried On-Line Chat, closed after 3.5 - hours of "All operators are currently assisting others."

Contacted Missouri State Attorney Generals Office, and they have open complaints against eGlobal Wireless!  Filed AFTER purchase made.  Contacted my mothers bank and filing affidavit of fraudulent or unreliable use of credit card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.  The credit card was charged immediately, and they provide no phone support, and no on-line support.  Checked with Blackberry, and Sprint Customer Service (my carrier and phone), and they both stated do not trust or buy from this site, even though they advertise that they carry these items! 

Better Business Bureau shows them as non-accredited, and multiple complaints filed.  They even tried to contact the company to address complaints and update their information, the company has yet to respond to the BBB.  Stay away from this company, spoke to some local 'brick and mortar's and they stated that the computers sent out are re-furb's that are poorly put together!

I tried to call your number that you posted to my report, sorry to say that your phone system is caught in a circular loop (entered your extension, and it brought me back to the main menu). Tried to call during YOUR posted business hours, and not working.

Wonderful PR skills in your response to the complaint, but in order for your response, which was probably scripted, to work, it needs to be backed up in reality. Shame on eGlobal Wireless for taking advantage of consumers who just want to get the gran-kids a Christmas Present. You made my Mother cry, I hope your sales drop off!

Ialso got scammed....HERE IS A CELL NUMBER1-916-676-7442 THAT I GOT OFF ANOTHER SITE HIS NAME IS JAY ....PEOPLE ARE GETTING AHOLD OF THIS CROOK...WHEN I CALL IT SAYS VOICE MAIL HAS NOT BEEN SET UP YET...SOUNDS LIKE A REAL BUISNESS MAN...THIS CROOK KEEPS PUTTING UP REBUTALS HE HAS ALL THE ANSWERS...ITS A MEDIUM SIZE COMPANY MY A@@ HE IS A CROOK...CALL THE FEDERAL TRADES COMMISSION.
