eGlobal Wireless is the worst internet company I have ever encountered. I ordered a mini netbook on 16 Dec 2010. Which they promptly took payment through PayPal. Seven days later I had yet to receive conformation of shipment despite the fact that I had order and received several other products via the internet days after this order was made. My attempts to find out the status of my order lead me to suspect that something was seriously wrong with eGlobal Wireless. When I clicked on the product that I had ordered I was informed that it was no longer available.

The website indicates the ability for LIVE chat support, but most of the time they were AWAY. When they did show that they were available they never responded directly. You were allowed to leave a message that they did respond via email. Their response time was 72 hours, thats 3 days. They did have a phone number that put you on hold for about 5 minutes and then send you directly to a voice mailbox, that they never responded to. At this point I reported them to PayPay. I sent a message to cancel my order prior to it being shipped.

Ten days after it was ordered and canceled it was finally shipped. What was shipped and way it was shipped was a joke. The netbook looked like a dollar store toy or drug store quality. It was shipped in a USPS envelope not a box. The Netbook box had already been opened and the contents already used. There was no warranty information available and it worked about 10 minutes before completely failing. If there is more than 2 people working at eGlobal Wireless I would be surprised. Their site suggest that they have a staff of people taking calls but I never was able to speak directly to anyone.

Their return policy is suspect as well they charge 25% cancellation fee and 25% restocking fee. Additionally orders can not be cancelled during peak Holiday Season. They make claims on their "ABOUT US" page about services they provide that they clearly do not honor. Their "RETURN POLICY" page suggest how sleezy truly are. I will make every attempt to get my money back from these Clowns but they are clearly in business to sell cheap, used, second-hand electronics and place the cost of doing business with them on the customer. THEY ARE STRAIGHT UP ROBBING PEOPLE.
