Eharmony Product not as advertised
Eharmony sells itself as superior to other online dating sites because of its indepth matching system. It is not worth the money. I have been on other sites (Match, Seniors Meet, Plenty of Fish) that actually link you with people in your geographical area. Eharmony suggests matches that are scattered across the United States and Canada and the list of ideal matches is slim to none.
I have no idea what formula is used but the majority of people put forward to me were not even close to what I am looking for. Because of my unhappiness with this service, I visited my account and indicated I did not want automatic renewal for another three months. When I contacted a representative, I was told that I discontinued automatic renewal two days after it was already done.
They made no attempt to give me a break and charged me the first payment. They did let me off the hook for the remaining two payments and they managed to delete my profile immediately. I would not recommend this site to anyone! It's not worth the money.
