Eileen Fedor shadow wood kennels shipped puppy to Alaska puppy ate her poop for 5 month too disgusting to keep, paid airline tickets both ways, never received a $2,000 refund from Sutter Creek, California
I had my puppy, Zola, approximately 5 months, she is a beautiful puppy, however, she did make me throw up on several occasions...she constantly ate her poop and while selecting through her poop for the goodies she managed to roll it around on the floor and make a terrible stinky sticky mess to clean up. I bonded with Zola and was determined to keep her, I purchased many various products such a poo poo mouth to correct her habit, nothing worked and after 5 months I shipped Zola back to California after speaking with Eileen. Eileen said I may have been giving the dog too good of dog food. I was feeding Zola the best Organic puppy food money could purchase with organic supplements. Eileen said "I don't blame you for not wanting the puppy, you can send the puppy back".
I sent the puppy back and immediately phoned to see if Zola arrived ok. Eileen said the puppy looks beautiful and I will keep her for a show dog and let you know when she wins a ribbon. With that being said, I felt great for Zola. When I purchased the puppy Eileen said she will always take the puppy back. After 6 weeks of not receiving my $2,000.00 refund for the cost of the puppy, (I knew the shipping cost to Alaska was my expense) I called Eileen. Only then did Eileen tell me the puppy was in terrible shape and was contagious and the vet bills are in the thousand dollars, this is bogus, Zola passed a "Certified Bill of Health" from a vet before I could put her on a flight to California.
Zola was in the best of physical shape when I returned her to Eileen as she even stated she will keep the puppy for a show dog. I asked Eileen to send me the vet bills and to this day she has not sent me any bills or reimbursed me for the puppy. I feel she lied so she felt she never had to pay me back since I live in Alaska and couldn't do much about it. Folks if you desire a Tibetan Terrier this is not the lady to purchase from!
