Elaine Stefanos I was on line looking at the advertisement of Krasa creams. I initially thought I'd give it a try so I put in my information then decided against it and could not get back to remove my information so I simply closed it out thinking, no problem because I never authorized the purchase by clicking the correct button that initiates the purchase. I was sent three items: Eye Revitalizer, anti-aging serum, and antiaging cream. Orland Park Illinois
I did not authorize the purchase and received the product without my being aware of it.
I was sick with pnueumonia right before Christmas. The package came and got lost in the shuffle of the Holiday, When Christmas was over and I finally got things put away, I came across the package that had no paper indicating the purchase with pricing and company.
I've to contact the company but have not been successful in getting the telephone number to call It is not on the box, not on the item, and i've yet to find it.
I don't want to pay for something I do not want.
