Elanco Animal Health Interceptor Plus sent a rebate card that is not accepted at retailers-- useless card-- no rebate! Greenfield Indiana
Spent over $60 on Elanco's Interceptor Plus for my dog, which comes with a measly $5 rebate. So I filled out the form, uploaded the documents, and copies of receipt etc, and 4 weeks later I get a REWARD Card. I frist try to use it, only to find it needs to be "activated" first.
So I go online, spend another half hour of my time activating the card, and a week later try to use it at a retailer, and it is refused, as "not activated"
But I check when i get home, ii is active.
I have spent over an hour on this stupid rebate, and still have no rebate. This is a complete scam.
