Elavon sends out the labels that you are to use. If you didn't get one from them, you should have called them back or spoken with a supervisor. Usually they overnight it. If you paid for shipping, likely your terminal is lost in the shuffle. There is no telling where it is. Could be in storage or even in another location. You should have held on to the terminal until you received the correct address label.

The UPS label was to be executed by Elavon and never was. They told me that they were calling UPS and telling them to come and pick it up. They never did.

If you paid to have the terminal returned, that's the reason for your problem. When you get anything (books from Amazon, terminals from Elavon etc) and need to do a return, you have to do so with THEIR return authorization or there simply isn't any way for THEM to track the return. Especially if the return goes to an address for processing other than where the deployment ocurred from.
It is likely that had you done this correctly, either refused delivery or received a return auth label from them, you wouldn't be in this pickle.
