Eldred Wheeler Took deposit, Never Deliver, Stole Our Money Hanover, Massachusetts
Eldred Wheeler has essentially stolen our money.
We placed a deposit for a nightstand on December 21, 2011, and have not gotten any indication that they will ever deliver the piece as of August 8, 2012.
We have requested that our deposit be returned since we do not wish to do business with them. The "Customer Service" representative, and the "Company Representative" have both continually put all inquiries off. Calls to the "CFO" and the "owner" have gone unanswered.
Eldred Wheeler is in the business of taking your money and NEVER delivering. They clearly have NO intention of producing furniture. Their website is still taking "orders", BUT BEWARE!
Everyone who answers the phone is involved in fraud; they know what is going on.
As far as we are concerned, Eldred Wheeler is a criminal organization and we have filed with the Massachusetts Attorney General, and plan to get touch with the Better Business Bureau, local newspaper and television.
