Sam rented a space in our plaza for two and half years, monthly rent was $850.00 he paid for the first month and the deposit had more than two bounced checks I think out of the total amount that he owed us he only paid $3000.00. He kept promising my husband that he is getting a counteract from networks and he will pay him everything he owes, but then he just picked-up and left without paying anything. God will catch-up to him soon.
