I first would like to apologize for this inconveince but I assure you that must have misunderstand whom ever you had spoke with. Also if you purchased the item on are online store there is no way possible that a different amount would have been charged then what showed up on the screen when they checked out. If the customer would like to contact Electric-Life Inc. Again i would be glad to look over the situation and make this right.
I would also like to make sure that what the customer originally called for wasnt changed by the cutstomer. I have many customer that upgrade in the myst of an order or they speak to a distirbutor and get a strange price and blame us for the mix up.
Like i said if the customer that posted this would like to speak with ELI directly please have them call us.
