I contacted the sales team to ask when my contract was up since I was selling my business, they informed me that it was up in Dec and I can cancel any time after that. I called in Feb to cancel my account and they informed me I was still in contract and it would be a $600 cancellation fee. I asked for a copy of my contract and it expired on Dec 2 2013, with an auto renewal for 24 mths . I informed the one man Jerimiah in the cancellation dept that when I spoke to some one a few months ago they told me I could cancel anytime after my 2 year mark, Also with an auto renewal the fee's jump up 1% and per swipe fee's up as well. I Followed up with the customer service as well as my sales man in the Main Phoenix office and he told me that that's policy and noting that I can due but pay the fees, I never received a terminal, I used one I owned prior, and asked for a form for canceling and asked to speak to a manager, they have hung up on me and wouldn't let me speak to any management, Stacy is Jerimiahs manager and I have left numerous voice mails to her as well, even sent them a copy od the state law that says the need to inform customers of an auto renewal policy during contract signing and that they also need to contact 90 days before it auto renewals.

Also said to me by the cancelation dept that per contract it states you need to write a cancellation request 90 days not sooner and not later than the contract end date or it is auto renewled. This is not on contract and was never told that by sales or on the phone when I asked about canceling in October
