Avoid Elegant Designs at all costs !
The Owner, Yelena I think her name is, is nothing but rude and very very arrogant. We saw Elegant Designs while passing one day and as we were looking for a company to supply flowers for a family function we were having and we had decided on long stem roses.
We called in to the Store one afternoon and told yelena what it was we were after, she then spent the next 15 minutes telling us we had made the wrong choice and we should consider something else instead. I tried to explain that it was roses we wanted as these are the favorite flowers of the person who we were having the function for so it had to be roses.
Reluctantly, she agreed and told us how much it was going to cost . WOW , talk about expensive ! However we agreed to purchase them from her at the agreed price and we would pick them up two days before the function.
They did look ok when we got them, but some were already showing signs of wilting but as we had no other choice we had to take them from Yelena. By the time the function came around, more than two thirds of them had wilted and looked terrible.
We contacted Elegant Designs to complain and perhaps get a refund and were rudely told that " Flowers wilt " . Yes they do wilt but not within two days ! ! ! We were told again that " Flowers wilt " so no refund would be given.
I would suggest that anyone who might consider using this second rate florist should reconsider and try somewhere else or run the risk of severe disappointment.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!

I found this report by accident and was honeslty shoked when I read it. My name is Yelena Riches, and I am the owner of "Elegant Designs Floral Studio". This repost is 100% hoax and all information in this report provided by "Douglas J" is not accurate and made up from first to last letter. Our shop has a reputation for reasonable prices, creative designs and caring customer service. We make suggestions to our clients on how to enhance designs they have in mind by offering flowers they can not find in supermarkerts. If our costumer is a fan of carnations that is exactly what we will provide, not more not less. We would never try to talk our customer out of something they want and find a sentimental value in. Because our shop specializes in weddings and spacial events all the flowers for our daily orders are special ordered as well, a day or two in advance, therefore all the flowers we sell are healthy and fresh and have a long life. We would never refuse a refund or replacement if our cosumer for some reason was not 100% satisfied.
