My husband and I visited Nuevo Vallarta last summer in hopes of purchasing a new property, as we had both recently retired. We checked out a handful of places before landing at (((REDACTED))). Prior research suggested this development struggled with legal problems and poor administration, so we were hesitant upon arrival. Though we found the units to be reasonably priced, the development as a whole was ran down and suffered from maintenance issues, so we quickly decided to leave. As we were exiting, we were approached by (((REDACTED))) who introduced himself as the owner of the development and he addressed us to (((REDACTED))) and (((REDACTED))) that they introduce themselves also as agents of (((REDACTED))) , they desperately tried to convince us to make a purchase by significantly knocking down the price for the unit that we were interested and we agree. We went back to their office in (((REDACTED))) and made a provisional contract, in which we agreed to deposit $ 50,000 USD with the agreement that he would send the formal Purchase Agreement back to our home in Denver. After three months of unanswered phone calls and broken promises via email, we still had not received any paperwork, and decided to fly back to Nuevo Vallarta. When we finally found (((REDACTED))), he was clearly intoxicated, and claimed that the price of our unit had been raised by $42,000 USD. When we asked for our money back, he harshly threatened that if we did not pay the difference, something bad was going to happen to us. Terrified and unsure of what to do, we hired (((REDACTED))) , a local lawyer who promotes himself as a defender of investors who have been abused by the system. We agreed to a $8,000 USD retainer with the promise that our money would be returned in full within a month. However we were never able to communicate with both of them via email or phone again, and as we started to receive increasingly threatening phone calls from , we had no choice but to give up. Avoid the services (((REDACTED))) and their company (((REDACTED))) and (((REDACTED))) both of them are crooks and they will steal your money.

 This person is blackmailing me (and is a bigot and bully). I have no idea who any of these people are and have never sold in there. This unintelligent racist person mustn't understand how an MLS works. Here is the chain of emails: 1. We found that your company ​has​ listed some stolen properties for sale and rent in the development of (((REDACTED))) Be aware that it has been three years that we have been fighting to recoup the properties of the legitimate owners who have been illegally stripped from their properties..Most of the realtors who have listed properties in (((REDACTED)))offer properties, that were purchased in 2008 for 250K, for 130K or less​. Other properties that originally cost 120K are on the market for less than 70K. When other realtors are marketing them at more than 40% higher, it is quite clear and obvious that those are the properties that have been stolen and they want them illegally re-sold as quick as possible.

We already invite you respectfully and in good faith to delete these properties from the listings to avoid past, present and future legal problems for your clients and your business as well. It will distance your from the fraud.​ Otherwise, we must assume, that you are a party involved in this scam and we will publish your business as a part of the criminal organization, because somebody that sells, and rents stolen properties is participating in organized crime. In case of not obliging we will alert all consumers that your website supports illegal activity. We will hold no restraints to ouraction. Promoting stolen properties you are currently supporting money laundering, illegal rental, theft of property, and even MURDER and DRUG CARTELS! We do this because its the only way to stop the funds from illegally making their way into the thieves hands.

We strongly suggest take down from your site any properties that is involved in the fraud or prepare to face the legal and extralegal consequences. Our problem is not with your business, but we cannot allow you to continue supporting the illegal activities of the thieves leaded by (((REDACTED))) and the (((REDACTED))).​ This company did't fallow our suggestions> (place other lies) 2. My response:We don't sell in (((REDACTED))) (and never have). If you do put something online, I and my corporation will go after you using the full force of Mexican and American law. Let this email stand as evidence that you have been informed. Any further emails from you or any of your representatives will constitute harassment and/or spam and as such will necessitate legal action. Cheers! (((REDACTED)))Owner - (((REDACTED))) 3. Next response from the lying, and intellectually deficient, extortionist: This is just the starting point stupid canadian igloo! Better you take down stolen properties from your web sites and suggest to everybodyelse to do it. We hate when people take joke of us. (((REDACTED))) Once again, we have no listings in (((REDACTED))), or have we ever sold an (((REDACTED))). This person is a blackmailing liar.
