On January 13th, 2012 our office received notification of a complaint posted on Ripoffreport.com by an alleged Elevate insider, the status of who was not made clear. The complaint identified both Elevate executive staff and independent contractors in connection to dishonest hiring and/or employment practices and unethical business conduct. The party responsible for posting the complaint did so anonymously, and has not (as of the date of this letter) identified himself (or herself).
We are deeply concerned with the unfounded accusations made in this complaint, and are committed to an open and honest discussion with the party responsible. It is not the policy of Elevate, Inc. to participate in misleading or otherwise dishonest practices of any kind, just as it is not our policy to address complaints such as this through a forum without due process.
The unique circumstances of the situation in which the responsible party finds himself (or herself) are obviously extremely frustrating, leading to the public posting of allegations of personal wrongdoing by Elevate personnel. However, the degree (if any) to which Elevate, Inc. is responsible for the complainants situation cannot be determined unless the complainant identifies himself (or herself) and provides proof for the allegations he (or she) has made.
We understand that some of our customers or some in the investment community may have questions or concerns arising from the allegations made by this anonymous party. As always, we invite them, and the public in general, to contact our Office of Public Relations, at [email protected] for more information, including the status of this complaint.
