Elite Commerce, Inc. Pimsluer Marketplace Company promised buy back. Complete failure! No one even answers the phone. I have called 7 times and filed report with BBB. NOTHING! Ammon Idaho
I purchased the Gold Comprehensive Italian and returned it on September 22 for the buy back program offer. I called when I shipped it Fed Ex and was told to call back in about a week to confirm address. I have been calling 3 to 4 times a week since October 1. Not once have I gotten a live person on the phone. I filed a complaint with the BBB of the Snake River Region on October 9. The never received a response either. This place is a total ripoff. I no longer have my CD set and they haven't done as promised on their website which was to refund $100. I am glad I work for attorneys. I know what my next step will be.
