Elite Puppies and Grooming Beware! Don't buy there! Sick Puppies! Rude! Bad Attitude! Refuses to Refund money for sick puppy that they sold! Webster, Massachusetts
I purchased a chihuahua from Elite Puppies in Webster, MASS and the first night we brought the dog home it was vomiting and not eating well.
I called the store to let them know i was concerned and they said the dog must just be car sick. The next day the dog collapsed so i brought him to the vet right away.
They wanted to keep him over night to run tests but he died that night. The next day the vet notified me that the dog was diseased with parasites and provided me with a letter that clearly stated that was the cause of death. I brought all the paper work into the pet shop to get my money back and was only given a lot of attitude.
After all the money i spent trying to save the dogs life and all the heartbreak my family went through, they couldnt even apologize. I was told the owner would look over the paperwork and get back to me but she never did. Now everytime I call I just get hung up on.
She doesnt even have the decency to speak with me to resolve this. I'm now going to be taking legal action and do everything in my power to make sure they dont profit from neglecting a helpless puppy. Please dont make the same mistake I did and buy a dog from Elite Puppies In Webster, MASS.
