I agree with all of the other reports about Elite Retreat [Sunset Beach, Las Vegas, NV and Coronado, CA] listed here - this company is only out to TAKE your money and is not at all interested in helping you sell YOUR timeshare. They request $495 upfront to "market" your timeshare, then they essentially disappear. They are very nice as long as they think they think they will be able to convince you to send them a check, but the moment you start asking questions, or challenge their approach, they get very snippy and insulting. I have spoken with Jake who is supposedly the owner a number of times and he must get away with belittling people because he is extremely good at making you feel stupid, unreasonable, small and uneducated. Apparently this is his method - intimidation. DO NOT FALL FOR HIS SALES PITCH AND SNOTTY METHODS.

He also says something different every time he speaks with you, then doesn't remember who you are, repeats the same insults over and over and blames any confusion on your part on YOU. His last resort is to say, "Well, I just don't think we can do business with you then," when you aren't willing to mail him a check. Apparently, that is meant to motivate you to beg him to work with you. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. These people are scammers and they make their money from charging innocent Sunset Beach Timeshare owners $495/year to sell their timeshare [times how many people they can get to fall for their sales pitch]. I don't know a single person whose timeshare they have actually sold, including mine. These people should be put out of business, but there are so many people out there willing to spend their $495 for a chance, that they just keep scamming.

That's all I wanted to share - these people are crooks, insulting and snips. They treat their customers, and potential customers with arrogance and distain. It is amazing that so many of us keep falling for their pitch - I'm sharing this in the hopes that the people reading this will not fall for it as well and I can help you save your $495. Good luck!
