eliteacai berry acaiberry detox FWM Laboratories Took my money for a product I never recieved. Also told me I didn't cancel on time when I never recieved the product I tried to cancel and they said okay and then billed me $82.31. Hollywood Florida
I ordered a free trial of EliteAcai berry online for $.99. I was suppose to have 14 days to cancel with no obligation. When I did not recieve their product I called and canceled and thought that was the end of it.
I finally recieved a package through the mail on August 17 and was very puzzled because the packaging and the name of the product was not EliteAcai Berry, it was AcaiBerry Detox. So I called back and told them that when I had not recieved it, I had already canceled and they said that was fine, that the account had already been canceled.
On my next bill I was charged $82.31 and when I called they said I had not canceled in time. They show the only record of me canceling was at the end of August and I had ordered the product in July. I had called and canceled before then because I had not recieved the product and then when I recieved this different looking bottle, I called to make sure it was canceled and they said yes.
This is a RIP OFF!!! I didn't even recieved the product I ordered, then canceled, then recieved a product that did not have the same name and was told that I didn't cancel on time which I did!
So...I got off the phone and started to research and found this website and found this has happened to other people as well. Hopefully they will be shut down and charged with fraud and shut down.
