Elliotts Boot Bay Deceptive business misleading customor service. Rip-off! Knoxville Tennessee
On 11/4/04 I ordered a pair of boots it took 12 days to get them, when they did get here, They appered to be factory seconds, I called the company and spoke to Heather. I was told to return the boots with Instructions on what i wished to be done. It cost me $12.00 to ship the boots back. I again called Heather on 11/29/04.The boots Had been received I asked her to ship another pair(different model same price) and to please expedite the shipment, as I was out $12.00 in shipping.
I was assured that I would get the new boots by 12/6/04 at the latest when I called to report that they did not get here, I was told that they were shipped reguler ground and had not yet reached the first destanation znd with the hollidays it may be after Christmas before I get them. They Guarantee customer satisfaction and I could refuse the shippment. So I am out $139.75 bootbay has my money I don't have a pair of boot and don't know when I will have them. Other people need to know before they buy from this Company thay they are not what they advertise
