As a former employee, I do know that a customer I set up with the Ellipsis program as been satisfied with it. He has received the customer service one would expect, when investing a large sum of money and the program itself has generator positive feedback from Realtors he has worked with in the past. Also, due to the Ellipsis program he has established new relationships with several local Realtors. Recently, I made some miscalculated remarks concerning Ellipsis, Inc. I would like to take this time to offer and official apology to Mr. Nichols and Ellipsis, Inc. Further, I wish to RETRACT all negative statements I have made in regards to Ellipsis, Inc. I would recommend that should you be contacted by Ellipsis, hear what they have to say. If you believe it will work for you, invest. If you do not, there is no harm in taking a few minutes out of your day to hear about a creative market program, that could benefit you.

In the heat of a moment, I have made several statements here that may be thought to be inflammatory. For this, I express my sincerest apologies to Mr. Mark Nichols and all employees of Ellipsis, Inc. I have made an official request to this site that they remove my postings. Thank you and Best Wishes.

Which of my statements are un-true Mark? I say statement and not accusation as you stated, because I made no accusations, I made statements. So which is untrue? Is it... That there is a high turn-over rate? Now, I think we both know that there is, do we not? Afterall, when I had been there for only four months, there were only 6 (of about 30 total) sales people who had been on the floor longer than I had. I can name them if you like. That, to me, and anyone else with a shred of mathematical ability, SCREAMS, high turn-over rate. or was it... Two of my customers feel as though it was a waste of $30K? Have you ever spoken to my customers Mark? Have you spoken to them in the last 8 months since I left, because I have. or was it the statement about... just getting someone's $26k? Is that false Mark? I would be glad to tell you who said. Feel free to ask me.

Although I am flattered that you felt an affinity for me Mark, nonetheless, fact is fact. I am currently working at a company who purchased trips from Ellipsis. As yet, not one single person we have given a trip to has been able to actually book a trip! Can you eplain this Mark? Can you explain why it is that there are numerous blackout dates on the trips, not just major holidays (as YOUR script says)? I am not just speaking second hand here. When my clients attempted to book trips and they weren't actually able to, I took it upon myself to try and book one. Could I? No. Can you explain this Mark? Mark, I genuienly enjoyed my timed employed there, for a while. But when I lose deals because a sales manager is coming down to hard from a long weekend (yes Mark, that DID happen) and I lose another because another senior member of your staff is to arrogant to listen to a customer AND the comment I don't give a s**t about them, get their $26K is said, this is not a place for me. I, too, Mark, have been in Sales for many years (I am not one of the kids that are often brought in), and I do know that there are extreme highs and lows. The day I left Ellipsis, was the ultimate low. Learning what I learned about the inner workings of your company, knowing how many customers were truly UNSATISFIED (deny it all you want here Mark, we both know the truth), I felt dirty when I left there. I felt as if I scammed people for you. Anyone out there, with a shread of integrity would feel the same as I did. Why don't you look back into the customer list you have, look and see who I sold to, call them, ask them if they are pleased with YOUR product!!! I know the answer already. Hell, one of them called me less than 60 days ago to let me know that he would filing suit against and Ellipsis (how many does that make?) because I had earned his respect, he wanted to let me know that he didn't hold me responsible. I wonder if you will actually do this Mark, and if you do, I wonder if you will submit what they really say, or if you will simply sugar coat it. The shame is not on me, it is on you Mark Nichols. It has been 8 months since I left there, I can rest well at night again at look at myself in the mirror and no longer feel shame. The shame is not on me, because I didn't not continue the route I was on. My way was found about 8 months ago, when I cleared my desk and left. There is no shame in having integrity.

Shame on you Larry Butterfas. We worked hard to help you succeed and you make these untrue accusations. It's one thing to have someone who was with us for 3 days make sour remarks about our company. It's another thing when you do it -you know better, Larry. Even though you were only with us for a few months, we came to know you. We always accept responsibility for the failures of sales people who come into our organization. Larry, I take it as a personal failure when we employ someone who can't succeed. Selling is a tough career path to choose, all we can do is train them and assist them to sell, which we do and did for you. I would encourage anyone thinking of a sales career to think hard, it's an emotional drain to sell. It has great highs as well as lows. Those of us who've sold for a long time know the game and accept our failures as they come knowing that the next deal is just around the corner as long as we keep working. If you lost faith in our product, you should have come to me. I could have shown you the hundreds of clients who make a lot of money using our tools. Life is too short Larry to make statements like this about people who had a genuine affinity towards you. I hope you find your way, Larry. All the best,
Larry

Having spent 6 months as an employee of this company, I will second that the orginal poster has it the nail on the head. The owner of the company is dynamic and a great motivator, there is little doubt of that, the reality however, is this... There is an extremely high turn-over rate. Very few people make money who go to work there (my first couple of months I did, because I beleived in the product and the company. However, as I began to see more and learn more, I lost faith and confidance in the product, the management and the company has a whole. Anyone in sales knows, you lose faith in your product, you can't sell it) and there is a only a small handful of customers who are actually pleased with the product. I have stayed in contact with two of the Mortgage Brokers I sold the Ellipsis product to and both beleive it was a complete waste of $30,000. Why is it that the owner in his rebuttal didn't address the comments made by the poster? Instead, he basically said, you suck and couldn't sell, stop being a cry-baby. For any who know the owner of Ellipsis, they know that this is exactly his attitude. What caused me to leave the company was the day I overheard a senior employee of the company say, something to the effect of, I don't really give a s**t about them, just get there $26K. At that point, I was out the door.

Since I believe I know who you are I'll refer to you by your real name, however, I'll do the right thing and leave your last name off the Internet. Alex F., it's unfortunate that you blame your inability to succeed here on everything other than you. We've had a good business for many years and yours is the first complaint in this forum and you won't even post your real name. I guess the Internet makes rogue accusations like this possible, however, it's unfortunate. All I can say, to anyone interested is come in and check us out for yourself. I think it will become apparent quickly, who is credible - Ellipsis or a nameless unsatisfied sales trainee who spent a few days outside our office in training and now hides behind the cloak of the Internet. Alex, if you had a real understanding of what we did you may have succeeded, and we're sorry if we failed you in any way.
