Elly's World Billed as WOW Fashion $49.97 SCAM - Elly's world hair straightener Internet

I ordered a hair straightener from Elly's world online. I received a conformation email with an order number. Three weeks have past and i went to check the status of my order but the website it not up and running and no longer available. I was billed $49.97 as Wow Fashion. No number to contact the company, I sent emails to the email address that was provided on the confirmation email but of course received no response back.
