Complaint Review: Elson Belmont - Antonio Belmont - Olga Belmont; "New York's Best Kept Secret"; MvpFreelance - New York New York

The email address given does not work and does not exist according to google mail. I have tried to email you using that email address but it bounced back as unknown user, does not exist, or typed wrong. I have already written how much I estimate that I am owed from Elson A. Belmont Company based on their written via email and instant messaging and verbal promises to me on the phone over a time period from November 2007 to January of 2008. It is now the second to third week of August and I have not yet received anything that you have written about. I have done their marketing material and blog, they referred to me as JentheGreat. I did not seek them out at the beginning of short employment with the company, they sought me out based on a bizreef.com profile that I had submitted. I have already outlined how I arrived at the figure I did in an earlier post and in another thread by Sylvia, so there is no need to reiterate. I really do not believe that Elson is dead, as I have seen no evidence to that effect and put out a challenge to anyone with verifiable evidence to scan it and email it to the Editor of this site as well as to myself. The reason I do not believe this story is because they have consistently lied and mislead me so many times for me to be able to believe this. No one to date from the company has supplied such documentation to be believed either to me at my email address of [email protected] or to the editor, and the reason being is that he is not dead. It was just another "story" that they expect to be believed without question but without documentation to prove it. Write to me at the above email address given with proofs and then I might believe that you are genuine person that is good and decent and not another lying conartist like them. Until I see proof and an actual, real cashier's check that my bank will accept, to the contrary, I can say what I like about the company, as I am telling the truth and always have to them, but they have not once come across with the truth to me. And is it real that they sued BOA for 7 million dollars for their transfer screwup? Or was that just another line of baloney? I am inclined to believe the latter as I have seen nothing that they have promised.

After searching other reports and finding another email address: [email protected], I took a chance to vent about how badly I have been treated and whoa and behold an answer from someone. The news told now is so unbelievable to defy logic. Now the email said that Elson was dead!! That sounds so outlandish and completely unbelievable. I checked records of the newspapers and searched his name in obituary pages and what did I find??? NOTHING at all. Just a another pathetic and lame attempt to get sympathy and a very low thing to stoop to after all this time of silence and ignoring a problem. Yep, I could not believe it either ROR readers, it boggles the mind how some people can lie their behinds off without a thought in the world for those they have systematically ripped off over who knows how long. A crying shame if you ask me. In jail is where they belong for lying to so many people and telling so many different stories. If any of them should have guts to find this site , POST a copy of the death notice and certificate saying same from a VERIFIABLE SOURCE, with phone numbers so customers and employees can verify the authenticity of this latest outrageous lie, and email copies of same to EDITIOR and then we may shut up about it, that is if there is any shred of decency for the feelings of others.

I know these people and have been lied to numerous times over the two months I worked for them and never made much money probably a couple hundred at most. Made dozens of promises which were never kept. Shall I enumerate them? There is more detail on my other response to Sylvia. If you know them so well, perhaps you can ask them these questions for me since they have not answered a single email. Where is my 3500 dollars they promised from the NY Times for writing articles for them? Where is my 1000 prize money that I was supposed to receive in January for the 5 medical articles I wrote for them? Where is my 4500 dollars that I was told that I would receive when Hollywood Handbags domain name was sold? Why did they not show up at the airport when they asked me to pick them up in Omaha and why did they not have the courtesy to call me to let me know that they have been detained because of a couple of idiots on the plane? Why did they feel it necessary to lie to me about sending Western Union or Moneygram payments to me and give me nothing but the runaround? What happened to the 30 percent share of the dating site/job board that they promised me? Whatever happened to the legal articles that Stephanie wanted me to write for her startup law firm that was to bring me an income of 100 dollars per 5 articles? SO with all this money I have lost over 10,000 dollars of potential income that could be used to pay bills with, but yet they had to lie, lie and lie some more/ For shame.

I worked for Elson A Belmont For 5months And one thing I must say he is a man who always keeps his word he is a man who takes pride in his work in his reputation and oddly enough I lost his contact info so I did a google search and found this now Im guessing maybe he had an offday everyone makes errors but as far as elson he is solid and his company is solid because of him I earned a decent living and was taught alot by him Also There is No Olga Belmont at his firm So I would Correct that fact as it is incorrect...
