I was selected by Elson Belmont, aka Belmont Sites, to ghost write a book. We initially made contact on the freelance site, BizReef.com. While he and I were working on the book, he had me do some "quick" side work on a website.

We agreed to a commission of %10 of any sales he made from the website, which promoted TMobile SIM cards and Reseller opportunties.

I did the work, and he has yet to pay me from his one sale. The amount owed is $70.00. While not a ton, he has given me a ton of excuses, PLUS he whined about his wife leaving him and then moving back in with him the whole time. He claims to have been awarded contracts to do web work from rapper Jay-Z, and the Trump Group that runs the Taj Mahal in Las Vegas.

Furthermore, he has given me tons of excuses as to why he has not/will not sign the contract that establishes a working relationship between us.

Do not accept any work from this guy, nor pay him for any work as listed by a prior Ripoff Reporter.

I feel your pain, these jokers lied to me countless times. I tried to call the number given on your report and it is not their number. A child answered the phone and I asked if I dialed the number for the Belmont residence, he answered no. Last I heard from others on this site was that Elson was supposedly dead, although no documentation was given to either myself nor to the Editor of this site to prove that outlandish lie. A person calling himself Cris Martin told me exactly what you have outlined, the same spiel with Sim cards saying that he was living in Tennessee and would make sure that I would get a cashier's check for my part of some settlement from Bank of America due to their error in transferring funds for payment to me for a variety of work assignments all done when said they would be done, but no surprise, no payment was forthcoming. Don't trust these guys for nothing. They are thieves, liars and conartists of the worst sort and I pray that the police find out what they are and charge them accordingly. I, for one would be glad to make the trip to NYC to testify in court as to all the lies they told me. Complete saga available if you look in other reports link about these people.
