EMBRACE HOME LOANS EMBRACE was told we are already accepted and just a formality $375.00 appraisal fee needed to finalize deal newport, Rhode Island
embrace home loans contacted us by mail so we called them and were told we are pre-approved for a new mortgage with reduced payments. we both filled in their paperworkand and sent it back to them. within a week they contacted (nathan neary)us and said all is fine the loan is guaranteed and we just need to pay $375.00 appraisal fee as a formality. after they appraised our home they and we paid that fee embrace would no longer be available to us by phone(voicemail only) after previously being available for every phone call. embrace not only stole our $375.00 but also tried to put our mortgage in their name and steal our home. with the help of our home insurance company we luckily caught them before they could switch our mortgage to their name.
