eMerge Finanical Tom Duck, Thomas Duck, CEO Deceptive Practices, Refusal to Refund Money Paid for Non-Performance Carlsbad, California
Thomas Duck aka Tom Duck, CEO of the company made several promises to perform on contracts, however every contact made there was an excuse why work was not done. Other excuses is that he had to fire processing and hire new processing. Another excuse was that he hired a new attorney. When clients began to complain and ask for refunds, he stated, "I can not refund money until contract is expired. Then and only then I will be able to refund money if we have not performed what we say we were going to do."
Well, here it is, the contract is expired and we can not get a refund of our monies due. We are now taking the next step. If you have been a victim of eMerge Financial and you want to be part of our case, please respond to this post. This case has been forwarded to the proper channels.

I too have had the same run around. I signed the contract and paid over $1,000 on August 23, 2010. Almost a year later and nothing has changed. I have heard the same story....fire staff, hire lawyers, mortgage companies take time, and on and on. I would think within a month or two you would know if the Principal Reduction will work or not with the Mortgage Company.
Almost a year later and nothing. The program and company is a scam!
