Shoes were ordered from vendor and the wrong item was sent.  They claimed they sent the correct item but blamed this on the company that delivered the item.  The item looked like cheap knockoffs unbranded shoes.  Vendor was notified and stated they wanted me to send additional money via bank account.  They will not refund or redeliver the shoes.  i'm including the email communication below.

That is a good way to solve this issue.
