I paid two times for one order, 34.39 plus they did not have the two pairs of earrings in stock, 20.02. They gave me the money back for one pair not the shipping and handling which is 13.90. They will not anwser my emails. Thank you

Dear member, Please note that all items that are not shipped will be refunded in full. If for example, you purchased 2 items from us, we allow for combined shipping. which means we charge one shipping charge of $4.95 for any many items as you purchase. We however charge a seperate charge for insurance and this rate is $2/item. So it sounds like you received an incomplete order, which unfortunately occurs from time to time (and i apolgoize for it) the shipping charge is non-refundable because it is used up in shipping the order however, the amount paid for the item(s) not received including the insurance/item is fully refunded. i apolgozie for the inconvenience and hope this helps. Thank you.
