I live in Texas, I was billed the shipping charges on my c/c on 5-14-09
The orginional contact no. was (866)951-0371. I did reach a Representative. They were having some problems transfering to the proper dept. but gave me a direct phone number, toll free (866)652-0479. You are placed in line with other callers and told your statis every min. or so. After a few min.s, I spoke to a Representative that was prompt and polite and gave me a cancelation no. today May 28-2009. Unlike many companies you do not have to get a RMA ( return merchandise authorization #) and return un-used product, which several companies require you do, which in turn cost you 2 shipping charges. One to recieve and one to return.
