 If you purchase from emperor electronics. You Might not get what you paid for and getting it resolved may been a nightmare. I purchased a 70 inch television. the television I purchased was suppose to be 3d. When they delivered and setup they only gave me one pair of 3d glasses and said he forgot the other pair but will send them to me . I never saw the other pair ....but wait ........The television they sold did not have 3d capabilities as advertised. I also question whether or not it was a new television. emperor electronics said they would replace it, but for the last 5 weeks I have heard every excuse in the book. From its on the way. .they will call me right back.. . The Van broke down on the way to deliver to me.and the kid got sick .. Now the replacement tv is being held hostage by someone's ex wife and they are trying to get it back..oh yeah Wife went into labor. at the present time I have heard nothing for them. It is a shame that I have to resort to posting these warnings, PLEASE BE WARNED I would not want someone else to go through the hassle that I have gone through.

I wanted to give an update, Emperor Electronics and Tony came through and corrected the problem, Friday May 16th They gave me the choice of a FULL refund or another Television , I was A little Leary on another television But, I decided to go with the new television, it was a GOOD choice. Incredible 3D 240 Hz. 70".  More that what I originally asked for. He made it right!

Tony took the time to explain everything that happened in this transaction and FULLY apologized.

Tony took the time to fully explain and it does appear it was way out of his control and he admits he should have handled it better. and will in the future .That aside, the deals he is offering for these TV's are Great Values in my opinion.

Although, My transaction did not go very smooth and took some time resolve, He did make it right and that says something. Would I purchase from him again. That answer is YES. They were new in business and learned how to correct these types of problems.

In the future I believe they will take the time to correct any problems that there customers have in a speedy fashion. so don’t let my review from before stop you from purchasing from them.
