Empire Home Savings - Savers Empire Home Savings.com Home owner in dire need of assistance. Franco Villa from Empire Home Savers stole $2500.00 from my hard earned funds. Garden City , New York
On May 15th, 2011, I recieved a call from Frannco Villa from Empire Home Savers Stating Wells Fargo had opened up their mortgage files to his company, Empire Home Savers in Garden City to assiat them with their massive load of mortgages in the area. About a week later, we met in thier office at 591 Stewart Ave and filled out an application. A week later, Mr. Villa drove to my house in corona to pick up a certified check for $2500.00 which was their fee for the loan modifaication. I stater to reach out to Mr. Villa trying to get status on this Modification process two weeks later and he advised me his company's lawyer had already sent the modification's paper to Wells Fargo, but that during the first month of this process it was just a review process from them and to follow up with him two weeks later. Well, last saturday, I was at the Rosevelt field Mall so I stopped by their
offices to learn they are no longer there. I have tried since then to reach out to Mr. Franco Villa at his cell phone 347-768-6797, because their number 516-858-4983 has been disconnected. At some point, I figure, Mr. Villa will disconnect his number so he is not bothered or located by the police. They are defenateely scaming people out of money. I also tried their 800-715-1376 and it is disconnected as well. Mr. Villa called me at around 8am on june 28th and hung up ahwen I answered the phone, since then, he has not answered the phone or returned my messages.
