Empire Nissan Sales Ripoff Ontario California
This was the worst sales experience I have ever had. We we first sat down, they brought the offer sheet over with a price that was $3,000 higher then the sticker price. This was after being told that they pretty much sale at or a little lower then sticker price.
Then on my trade-in they offer me $8,000 for a car worth over $15,000 blue book, $11,250 trade-in value. They offer me financing, but won't give APR.
After explaining that I alread had an offer for $2,000 under sticker price, and would sell my car private rather then give it to them for $8,000, and that I already have bank approval for a loan, they make me wait and come back saying that they have everything I wanted - $475 a month payments, for 6 years! ! !
I NEVER asked to be treated that way, why do that? Then when I say forget it, you are way too far out to talk to, I try to leave. They end up with another manager standing in my door way of my car so that I can't close it, telling me it is all my fault because they deserve to make a profit.
When I inform him I am leaving and that he is preventing me from leaving by standing there, that he needs to move, he finally does. But as I back out and drive off he is yelling at my car saying how bad we are and that they are honest and deserve to make a profit, and that we are wanting too much and so on.
I would suggest that everyone go to another dealer. The sales people are nice, but you get handed off to these sharks to close a deal.
Stay away from this Dealer! ! ! ! ! ! !
