Purchased EMPIREs carpet and laminate for $5000,  2 days to get this done, day one, recieved a call from customer services indicating the sales person ED didnt set it up correctley and they couldnt do the carpet due to the liablity of installing only 1 and not the other, mind you i already took a day off with out pay.  and was told they had an excellent crew to do both.  Today 2nd day was called at 730AM that we were 1st stop and would be at our house in 1-2 hours and its is now 11:30AM and the driver doesnt have the tools to do laminate, he was not told to do both and he would have to come out a 2nd day. 

 

Oh wait, the dirver indicated he didnt know the house had furniture and that he only had his nephew to move a 4 bedroom house.  Now my husband has to help move and they want us to pay at the end of the completion.  WOW

 

not to mention today is my 11 old son bday, now we are stuck all day at home. 

 

Im very upset at this point, called the sales guy Ed, who has been with the compay for over 35 yrs.  and now he isnt returning my call.  It could be a coincedence.   But at this point, if there work is as bad as the customer services so far.  We are in big trouble.  VERY dissappointed with this service, but ED had no problem taking our 400 dollars  for down payment. 

 

We need someone to call us please.
