  • Without a doubt, THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced.  For three months now I have been waiting on repairs to my floor and 4 TIMES they have scheduled to come out and not only do they not show up but they don't even bother to call me to tell me that they cannot come.  When I call to find out what happened, they tell me that someone will get back to me to reschedule and nothing.  I have to contact them to get an appointment because NOONE has bothered to contact me to offer an apology for inconveniencing me...when I do finally speak with someone to get scheduled for another day, that day comes, nothing....no maintenance....no call.  And yesterday, they increased my credit on my finance card for further purchase at their store!  I would never in my life go back to a company who could care less about their customers.  They've scheduled to come out tomorrow between 10-2. More than likely I will end up calling them and re-scheduling for a future date that will never get done.
