This company is horrible. They charged be for an item that I never received. I have been contacting them for a year straight and they tell me the same thing each time, " The item was shipped, we will have someone call you to incestifate your claim." But nobody ever calls and they keep taking money out my account.

 

They then tried to shift the blame to the UPS and said to contact them.  Contacted UPS and they said to contact Emporium.  Nobody wants to do anything but they want to keep taking your money. I'm ready to sue them

Well after almost a year of emails and calls they have decided to not charge me anymore money for the item.  However, I never received the item and I paid for it for it for ten months and they said nothing about return any of my money so I am still not satisfied. They are a horrible company please do not do business with them. They take your money, do not give you what you've paid for and then when you finally decide to file charges on them they stop taking money out your account but still don't send you the item you've paid for or reimburse you your money. Please do not do business with this company - horrible customer service, horrible service and just plain horrible. So to answer their question, No I am not satisfied with the outcome.

Emporium contacted me via a rebuttal in my original post and asked that I send them my contact information and they would look into it.  I instantly sent them all the information they asked for and additional information that they didn't including the fact that I have contacted them over twenty times in the last year.  To date I have not received a retrun call or email and I am still being charged for an item  Inever received.  I am going to my bank and filing fraud on this company and requesting all my money to be replaced otherwise I am ready to file a suit against them. Do not I repeat do not purchase anything from this company. My next step is social media then my attorney's office.
