Empower Group Partners Empower Group THEY CONSTANTLY HARASS PEOPLE, LIE, AND DISRESPECT THE DO NOT CALL LIST Long Island City NY
These people call me ALL THE TIME after I told them numerous times to take me of their call list. They do not respect you. I did some research on Empower Group, they have a lawsuit against them for FCC violations. The owner GIan Carbonara was busted for $2.5 million share fraud, deceiving investors with false information.
Another employee, Barry Jin, was a stock broker who also committed fraud, violated SEC regulations, and had his broker license revoked. I would think twice about doing business with these people. Their concern is their commission, not you as a borrower. A simple google search will net you far more qualified lenders than Empower Group (they are brokers, not direct lenders.)

"Joseph Pinzer", you do not appear in our system as someone we have called in the past and if you were so overwhelmed with the calls, I would assume you would have called us and/or asked to be put on the DNC list. This tells us that you are either an ex sales rep that couldn't make it in the industry or a broker at another organization that cant compete with our products.
We are registered with the National DNC Organization ID: 10251604-63606 and we make sure to scrub our information regularly in order to comply with the laws. In regards to your claim about a FCC lawsuit, it doesnt exist. So my request is, if in fact you are a real merchant with a legitimate complaint, please call us so that we can rectify the issue as your name doesnt appear in our system which means we cant remove you and stop the calls which is what you claim your main objective to be.
Our system doesnt have the ability to contact someone who isnt in it. If we dont know who you are we cant stop the independant reps from calling you. So again, you have all the contact information you need to get in touch with us, we stand by our word that we do not harass merchants. Look forward to having an insightful conversatiion with you until then, keep fighting the good fight.

We have checked our crm "Joseph Pinzer" and you do not exist under that name.This is obviously one of two things, either another broker that couldnt compete and/or an ex sales rep. As we have stated, we do not solicit businesses that are not in search of working capital. IF you would like to speak to one of the owners please feel free to reach out, with your real name, so that we can resolve this IF in fact it is a legitimate complaint. Almost a decade in the industry without a merchant complaint such as this.
