I also had my account charged after a free trial period. I did cancel well within the allowed time so I wouldn't be charged. After I was charged I tried calling, but as everyone else is saying I could only get a machine, no real person. I finally gave up after about a week and tried getting help from my bank. I explained the whole situation to them and they said since I signed up for this, there was nothing they could do for me and I would have to contact the company. Luckily I was only charged for one month, but it's still annoying.

There seems to be quite a few having problems with these clowns. In fact, not only was I charged a year in advance instead of the month-to-month I signed up for, I was charged within an hour of signing up for the free trial. Never again! Here is some useful info if you are getting tired of the run around with the e-mail system: Contact eMusic eMusic Offices: New York eMusic 100 Park Avenue 17th Floor New York, NY 10017-1516 (212) 201-9240 London eMusic 48 Charlotte Street London W1T 2NS UK +44 203 008 4610 You can also call you bank or credit card company, explain the situation and have them reverse the charges. Hope this helps.
