make sure you read every single line in their term and conditions or you will be screwed and very upset. come to find out your free trial or now after speaking with them if you have just a regular account it's not done by date. it's done by date and actual time you originally signed up. example for me my cancel date was april 30. the account showed a dollar amount balance,so i let my son get music til it was basically gone last night. cancelled the account at 8:42pm and come to find out they had charged my card at 8pm and the balance that was showing was the 11.99 plus the remainder of the $25 free offer. so, now i'm out 11.99 i don't have and almost blew up my checking account. yeah he has music but, it certainly wasn't necessary and he wouldn't have done it if we would have known. there's no time clock on the accounts just a date. the fine print says once you read line for line they will charge your card at any time on that date. it's very disgusting the way they are taking advantage of people. escpecially in todays world. i hope nobody ever signs up with them ever again.
