I got a coupon for 25 free songs if you sign up for a free trial on Emusic.com at Jewel-Osco. I signed up for the free trial. I had a tough time redeeming my free songs as they don't have a very wide selection of music. Immediately after downloading a few older songs, I decided to cancel my trial. I went through the proper channels on their Website to cancel my trial, and the Website said I would get an email confirming my cancellation.

I never received an email, and about a week later, my account was charged for one month of service. I immediately emailed customer service several times. They do not list a phone number on their Website, and I was not getting any of the promised autoresponses after submitting my inquiries. I finally received an autoresponse, but nothing has been done to cancel my account or refund my money. Stay far away from this service, it is definitely not worth it!

I called this number from another post, 212-300-2855. You have to wait for a minute or two after the recording, then press 1 for Customer Service. I was connected to an agent who said they would refund my card in the next 3-5 days. I'll update you when/if I see the refund.
