I signed up for a free trial subscription, which provided 25 free music downloads and a free audiobook download, a "100% risk free trial," with 14 days to make a decision. I joined, made all my downloads, and quit on the same day. I have an email confirming the cancellation.

Subsequently, eMusic charged me for a monthly subscription. I sent emails repeatedly to customer service, receiving useless form emails back in response. There is no phone number listed on the site to contact customer service.

Two weeks after the initial charge, when I logged into the site once again to check and see if a refund was processed, I saw that they had charged me again. I sent another email to customer service but I have still not received a response.
