#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

I am an ex-employee of eNP who was taken advantage of by this company. I am still waiting for my unpaid wages that were promised to me in April. This company is committing fraud against not only their customers but their employees. If you have $2500 to pay Jim, maybe you should consider paying wages that are owed to your past employees.

Below is the email thread from eNP regarding my unpaid wages:

Dear eNational Payments:

I have not been advised whether I am still employed by your company although I have made many request for my status.  My email has been turned off as of today so I am assuming that my employment has been terminated.

I am owed $5,200 by the company for my services from December 30, 2009 to March 26, 2010. If this amount is not paid in full by April 9, 2010, you will become liable for payment of all costs and attorney's fees if I have to hire a lawyer and file a lawsuit to get the monies owed to me.  You may also be liable for payment of additional monies as a penalty, as well as legal interest.

If you believe you do not owe me the full amount I have stated, but only a part of it, the law requires you to pay me immediately the amount you agree you owe me.  You should also tell me the reason why you are not paying the full amount.

Please send the amount due me to my current address:

Dear Jessica,

We greatly appreciate your patience in this matter.  We are sorry we could not maintain your employment and we know that where ever you find employment you will be a great asset to that company.

We will be settling the amount for your last check this coming Tuesday, April 6th 2010 and it will be mailed to you.

Dear eNational Payments:

As of the mail today, I still have not received the check that you said was being mailed to me on April 6, 2010.  If the check has not been mailed yet, please overnight with the signature required so that you will know that I received it.

I have been more than patient with this matter and if it is not resolved by Friday, April 16, 2010, I will have no other option than engage my attorney to recover the monies that I am owed.

Please advise.

Sincerely

Jessica

ENATIONAL PAYMENTS REBUTTAL

#3UPDATE Employee

eNational Payments (eNP) is an acquirer of credit and debit transactions. eNPs core product is a branded Gold Rewards stored value card.  Its features allow subscribers to enjoy savings and several incentives such as bill payment, Gold back, cash back, loyalty and gift rewards such as airline miles and more from participating retailers.

eNP has established a solid sales pipeline , strategic partnerships and cross selling opportunities.  A list of customers include: franchisees of Dunkin Donuts, Little Italy, Diamond Oil, and Payless Cash & Carry among others.

eNP also has several additional product/service offerings designed to enhance our client's profitability and efficiency.  One such offering is a check cashing system.  This system works quite well as our many customers can confirm.  Some of our customers pay cash and some prefer to lease the system.  We accommodate them accordingly.

There is no "fraud" nor "scheme" to what we do as "Jim" from Clearwater, FL states in his report that he filed in September.   We do NOT violate any copy right laws nor any licensing agreements.  To suggest such a thing is slanderous and ridiculous.

eNP invites "Jim" from Clearwater, FL (this is supposedly the name of the person that filed the complaint/report - although we have NO customer named Jim in, nor around, Clearwater, FL.) to meet with us at our office and substantiate his claims that he has made.  In fact, if he CAN substantiate his claims we will pay him $2500 in CASH.

We are confident that "Jim" will not take us up on our offer because we are fairly certain that "Jim" does not actually exist.  We believe the person that sent this report in is someone that wanted to be an employee of eNP and receive all of the benefits that such a position would provide.  However, eNP would only offer this person an independent contractor role.  This person was quite upset and tried several strategies and schemes in order to try and force our hand.  However, we did NOT give in.  It was during the height of this dispute that this report was filed.  We believe that it is NO coincidence.

While we respect the service that RipOff Report and sites like it, attempt to provide, we wish that they would utilize at least some of its resources to attempt to validate claims made in reports that people file.  This way we could all actually believe the reports that are on this site to be valid.  As it is now, seeing complaints made like the one here from "Jim" about us, only serves to diminish levels of confidence in all of the other reports on this site.  And that is not good for anyone.

That being said, we are confident that the intelligent people that review these reports will also read this rebuttal.

We are happy to speak with anyone regarding this manner or any other.  Feel free to call us at 866 961 7444.  Thank you.
