encante skin internet ad for 2 bottles for 5.95 ea. charged 5.95 + 5.95 +99.00 + 91.00 on my credit card. offered me 50% off on phone. Thought it was trial we no extra charges. Santa Ana, CA California
Ordered two bottles beauty cream from an advertisemnet on the internet for 5.95 each shipping charge. Advertisement led me to believe this was a trial offer. A month later I received, in additioon to the 11.90 shipping charges, charges 0f 90.00 and 99.00, for a total of 200.90.
When I called them about this they told me the trial was for seven days and that I was to be charged the extra 189.00 if I didn't cancel by then. I don't recall making that agreement on the internet offer. They agreed to give me a 50% reduction.
My wife never used the stuff and they woulod not accept a return.
