encanto prc rip off cheat lie playa del carmen, Mexico
Bought a time share from Encanto in Playa Del Carmen . Told us we had 6 weeks in a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. Had guaranteed weeks just need to reserve 4 months in advance. Found out after reading the contract we had one gauranteed week and five non gauranteed weeks. The sales staff are very good at what they do. Ripping you off. After we caught them they still tried to tell us it was just a misunderstanding and they would fix it for us. We canceled our credit card transaction with the credit card company as soon as we left the sales office. Stay away

I've heard before of the scams being committed by Encanto, if you ever come back to Playa del Carmen, do NOT stay at Sandos Playacar either, as this is also a repugnant timeshare company. This is another forum with more complaints made on it: Royal Elite Timeshare Scam
