Encanto PRC Selective Escapes Collection S.A.de C.V. Scam... Avoid this place Playa Del Carmen Mexico
Bought into the Encanto Private Residence Club (PRC) in March of 2013 and in the contract we were to be signed up with Interval International exchange within 60 days. We had many questions after we bought and had a very dificult time getting any responses and really no answers yet. We have recieved nothing form Encanto or Interval International and get no response to the many emails we have sent or phone messasges left there over the past six months.
Stayed there two nights when we first bought in and the El Faro facility is quite nice but the PRC is looking like just a scam. Havent tried to book our weeks since but not optomistic at this point and unfortunately likely lost a lot of money.
Sales person was Erin and contacts at Encanto are Jose Cruz and Lucia Paz Paredes. Strongly advise you to avoid these peole and this place. We will be alerting the world to and going after this scam online and through consumer protection agencies in the U.S. and Mexico.
