This company is at it again! I noticed charges on my phone bill for the last two months and finally today got a hold on someone real and they had me verify name address phone and then proceed to tell me "This service was ordered over the internet when I supposedly filled out info for grocery coupons." When I filled out that info it automatically said I agreed to this service provided by ESBI". She also stated that I got a verification in my email address and and email telling me my 800#. Never happened.

When I asked for confirmation of my email address she states "she cannot give that to me" so I give her mine and she states "that isn't the correct one and says I have more than one" Thats news to me! Anyway she states that it will take 2 billing cycles before its cleared up and that I should go ahead and pay the $14.95 so they don't have to do a collection on me." What is she NUTS? Isn't going to happen.

So check your phone bill. There is a petition going on against this company alread and they have been filed in the database with the FTC.
