enercare solutions beware of rental from the huge ripoff and scam toronto Ontario
Back in 2012 we had a water heater installed by a company called ecosmart. This company either bough out or renamed to Enercare. Just recently we tried to buyout our rental and they quoted us a figure of $ 819.26 for an almost 4 year old heater. Also when we signed up first our rental fee was 13.99 plus GST. now it has raise up to 33.67 almost double. I have been told by Enercare that the only way to back out is to purchase the heater. Anyone dealing with this company in the future should avoid them at all cost. I have filed a report to the better business bureau and also CBC Marketplace. I want as many people to be warned about this company so they either change businesss practices or go under. This company has also either bught out or joined Direct Energy So beware they may become even more agressive
