Enercrest Construction I broke my back for them now they wont pay litterally Roosevelt Utah
Well i was working for enercrest about a month ago and me and my laborer hand was told we had to go load and unload some pipe for an oil rig so we did, well that fri i had a little pain and then on sat a little more and by sat night i could not even walk.
So Sun morning i go to the local emergency room and get an xray and they tell me that i have 3 compression vertebre in my back and can't work for 2 days and need to be on light duty for 4 weeks so i get out of the hospital and call my supervisor and he says well meet me at the office in the morning.
so the next morning i go to the office and meet with him and the safety guy and the manager and they say well you didn't fallow procedure ( cause i didn't call the safety guy on sunday) well now they wont pay workers comp and there workers comp insurance is through nun other than Gallagher Bassett and they have not paid me a dime so i got an attorney and am going to fight it til the end thanks for listening.
